Joining is a great way for younger skaters to grow their skating skills, develop lasting friendships and experience all that U.S. Figure Skating has to offer and for older skaters to try something new or to continue their skating journey! Northern Blades welcomes all skaters: recreational, competitive, collegiate, adult, and everything in between!

If you have held membership with Northern Blades for at least 4 seasons and are now heading to college, the club will pay for your collegiate membership as a benefit to continue your love of skating while pursuing your education, which is good for 4 years! If you have been with our club for less than 4 seasons, the club will charge $100 for your collegiate membership.

 

We provide opportunities to not only excel in your skating career but also to have fun doing it! Most of our skaters have  already progressed thru NSC's Learn to Skate program and are working directly with a coach to further their skating skills. If your skater is interested in learning to skate or group lessons, please check out NSC's website, https://nscsports.org/events/learn-to-skate for more information.

 

Our season begins July 1st and runs thru June 30th each year. Skaters are welcome to join any time during the season, however, we encourage joining in June so that members can take advantage of all the benefits of being in the Club.
