Maria Slabiak
Makenna Leik
-
Makenna Leik is a former Team USA synchronized skater with over 20 years of figure skating experience and 7 years of coaching. She competed internationally as a member of Miami University’s Senior Varsity Synchronized Skating Team. She most recently trained with Les Suprêmes Senior in Montréal, one of the top synchronized teams in the world. Makenna is a U.S. Figure Skating Gold Medalist in Skating Skills, Singles, Dance, and Solo Free Dance and has competed at two ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships. She has also passed ISI Freestyle 9 and Dance 7. She holds a B.S. in Sports Leadership & Management from Miami University with minors in Marketing and General Business. Makenna is passionate about working with athletes of all ages and levels in skating skills, choreography, jump technique, spins, and dance.
